- To track your order, please click here.
- Please note order tracking is available after 8pm EST on the day your package is shipped. When the order ships, carrier website will show that a label was created. Upon the creation of a label, the order generally shows movement within 24 hours on the shipper’s website.
- Your complete Order History is available when signed in on tjmaxx.com. Your order history will be stored for 6 months.

- Once you have placed your order and it has been confirmed, we are unable to change or cancel your order.
- If you do find you have placed an order that you no longer require, you can return it within 40 days of your order date for a refund within the terms of our Return Policy for Items Purchased Online.

- At this time we do not offer price adjustments for marked down or clearance merchandise that was previously purchased. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please do not hesitate to return it within 40 days of your order date. We accept returns with either your receipt or your shipping confirmation email. The packing slip you receive with your order is your receipt.

The site may provide you with information about inventory levels for particular items stating the number of items remaining. These levels are informational only. An item is not reserved when you put it in your cart and may be purchased by others at any time prior to you completing checkout. In addition, the information may not be up to date in real time. We hope you find the inventory indicators useful, recognizing that they are an indication of levels but may not be exact.

- You must link your card to access your Digital Rewards Certificates on our brand apps and .com sites. Once you link your card, you will be able to view your balance within the TJX Rewards Section under My Account and redeem your Rewards Certificates at checkout on tjmaxx.com or marshalls.com. Additionally your Rewards Certificates will be available when signed in on the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, or HomeGoods app to redeem in any TJX store.
- Link Your Card or follow these steps:
- If you aren’t already, sign in on T.J. Maxx.com
- Go to the TJX Rewards Section under My Account and click Link My Card
- Login with your TJX Rewards credit card credentials to complete the link (these are the credentials you use to log in on tjxrewards.com to pay your bill)

Return FAQs

- For Items Purchased In Stores:
- 1. Purchases made between 10/6/2024 and 12/24/2024 may be returned through 1/25/2025
- 2. Our normal return policy will apply to all purchases made beginning 12/26/2024
- For Items Purchased Online:
- 1. Purchases made between 10/6/2024 and 12/25/2024 may be returned through 2/4/2025

- You can return online purchases to a store for free within 40 days of your order date, unless otherwise noted on the packing slip. Please note: Items purchased at T.J. Maxx.com can only be returned to a T.J. Maxx store.
- To complete a return in store you will need to provide:
- Your signature
- Your receipt/packing slip or your shipping confirmation email
- For returns without a receipt, you will need to provide a valid government issued photo ID, name, address.
- The plastic bags with barcodes your items arrived in
- You will receive a merchandise credit (which is only redeemable at our stores) if:
- If the item is NOT returned within 40 days of your order date
- The item is returned without a receipt/packing slip or shipping confirmation email.
- The item is returned with a gift receipt.
- The item was purchased partly or entirely with a gift card.
- The item was purchased using PayPal.
- Our return policies are always subject to local, state, and federal restrictions. Due to COVID-19, some jurisdictions prohibit the return of certain products. - Items returned by mail will receive a full refund if they arrive at our warehouse within 40 days of your order date with a receipt/packing slip.
- Note: There is a return shipping and handling fee of $11.99 which will be deducted from your refund unless the merchandise is defective. To avoid return shipping and handling costs, you can bring your online purchase to a T.J.Maxx store near you.
