- Please note order tracking is available after 8PM EST on the day your package is shipped. When the order ships, carrier website will show that a label was created. Upon the creation of a label, the order generally shows movement within 24 hours on the shipper’s website.
- Your complete order history is available when signed in on tjmaxx.com. Your order history will be stored for 6 months.

- Once you have placed your order and it has been confirmed, we are unable to change or cancel your order.
- If you do find you have placed an order that you no longer require, you can return it within 40 days of your order date for a refund within the terms of our return policy for items purchased online.

An item is not reserved when you put it in your cart and may be purchased by others at any time prior to you completing checkout. In addition, the information may not be up to date in real time. - You must link your card to access your Digital Rewards Certificates on our brand apps and .com sites. Once you link your card, you will be able to view your balance within the TJX Rewards section under my account and redeem your Rewards Certificates at checkout on tjmaxx.com or marshalls.com. Additionally, your Rewards Certificates will be available when signed in on the TJ Maxx, Marshalls, or HomeGoods app to redeem in any TJX store.

- Online purchases made between October 5, 2025 and December 24, 2025 may be returned through February 4, 2026. Gift returns with receipt will receive a store credit.

- For returns by mail, visit our return policy page or your online order details to start a return. If printing at home, include the printed pack slip in the return box/poly bag and affix the ship label to the outside of the package. If the carrier is printing for you, the pack slip and ship label will be provided.
- For returns to store, your shipping confirmation email is your receipt. Show the barcode to a store associate to complete your return. You can also find this barcode in your online order details.
- Keep the plastic packaging that your items arrived in and include with return for easier processing.

- To make in-store returns quicker and easier, please provide your shipping confirmation email (printed or on mobile device) and the plastic packaging your items arrived in.
- The store associate will scan the barcode provided or ask for the order number. A barcode is also provided in your order details (guest or account).
- Take a screenshot of the barcode and order number to ensure access in locations with a low Wi-Fi connection.
- You can return online purchases to a store for free within 40 days of your order date, unless otherwise noted on your shipping confirmation email. Please note: Items purchased at tjmaxx.com can only be returned to a TJ Maxx store.
- To complete a return in store you will need to provide:
- Your signature
- Your receipt/shipping confirmation email or the barcode/order number from your online order details.
- For returns without a receipt, you will need to provide a valid government issued photo ID, name, address.

- Items returned by mail will receive a full refund if they arrive at our warehouse within 40 days of your order date with a printed packing slip or printed shipping confirmation email.
- Note: There is a return shipping and handling fee of $11.99 per return package which will be deducted from your refund unless the merchandise is defective. Consolidate items into a single return shipment whenever possible. To avoid return shipping and handling costs, you can bring your online purchase to a TJ Maxx store near you.
- To complete a return by mail, follow these steps:
- Use the online returns portal to initiate your return. During this process, you can select either print a packing slip and ship label at home or have the carrier do the printing for you.
