Which stores offer Ship to Store?
Currently, orders are only able to be shipped to stores in the Philadelphia and Chicago areas. You can select a participating store in checkout. View the list of participating stores. This list is subject to change. Remember to check store hours using Store Locator. -
Are there any products I can’t Ship to Store?
Items that are marked as non-returnable or that incur an oversized shipping surcharge are not eligible to be shipped to store. Physical gift cards are also not eligible for ship to store orders. If any of these items are in your bag, your order will be ineligible to ship to store, but may be shipped to a home or work address. -
Are there any other exceptions for Ship to Store orders?
You must have at least $30 worth of merchandise before applicable taxes to qualify for Free Ship to Store. All items in your order must be shipped to the same store. A separate transaction will need to be made to ship any items to another store or home/work address. Expedited and Express shipping methods are excluded from Free Ship to Store orders. -
How long will it take for my order to arrive in store?
Orders shipped to store will follow our standard shipping timing, which you can find on the Shipping & Delivery page. Shipping timing expectations will also be shown in checkout once Free Ship to Store has been selected as the shipping method. -
How will I know my Ship to Store order is ready?
Keep an eye on your inbox! T.J.Maxx will send you an email notifying you when your entire order is ready for pickup in store. -
What do I do when I get to the store to pick up my order?
When you come to store to pick up your order, please bring your Order is Ready for Pickup email. Locate the in-store order pickup area. Show an Associate your Order is Ready for Pickup email, and they will retrieve your order. This email can be either printed or shown on your mobile device. -
Can someone else pickup my order?
An alternate person can pick up your order if they bring your Order is Ready for Pickup email to the store. -
Can I re-route my order to a different store?
No. All Ship to Store orders will go to the store selected at checkout. There is no way to change the store or address your order is being shipped to once it has been placed. -
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
If you do not pick up your order from store before your pickup window expires, your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded for the full order value. It will take 10-14 business days after your order has been cancelled to receive your refund. The credit to your method of payment may vary depending on banking institution. -
How long will my order be held in store?
Your order will be held for 14 days after it has arrived in store. The date of the last day you will be able to pick up your order in store will be stated in your Order is Ready for Pickup email. If you do not pick up your order within this 14-day window, your order will be returned and you will be refunded your order amount. -
How can I return my Ship to Store order?
Our return policies are always subject to local, state and federal restrictions. You may return merchandise to any open T.J.Maxx store within 40 days of your order date.
Alternatively, merchandise purchased online can be returned using our return-by-mail option. Due to the additional health and wellness practices, we have introduced to our online fulfillment center, you may experience delays in the processing of returns. Returns by mail are accepted if they arrive at our warehouse within 40 days of your order date. For an easy return by mail, use the return shipping label we’ve included on your receipt (a return shipping and handling fee of $10.99 will be deducted from your refund or store credit) and drop off at the shipping carrier indicated on your return label. Be sure to include your receipt (or a copy of your shipping confirmation email) in your package. Returns that arrive at the warehouse more than 40 days after the original order date will receive merchandise credit. To avoid return shipping and handling costs, you can bring your online purchase to a T.J.Maxx store near you.
